Objective:To investigate the effect of neural feedback rehabilitation training based on brain computer interface (BCI) for stroke patients’ upper extremity exercise function. Methods:15 stroke patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, two groups received routine rehabilitation training, the observation group were additionally treated with BCI neural feedback rehabilitation training, while the control group was treated for BCI random feedback rehabilitation training;evaluation of two groups of Fugl-Meyer Motor Assessment (FMA), Action Re-search Arm Test (ARAT) and Event-Related Desynchronization (ERD). Results:FMA and ARAT in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05);observation group ipsilateral brain ERD was significantly stronger than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclu-sion:Neural feedback rehabilitation training based on BCI can improve stroke patients’upper extremity exercise function and can enhance ERD of affected hemisphere, which may promote stroke patients’brain reorganization.
