摘　　要：中国古代小说史上成书于南朝梁代的笔记小说《殷芸小说》是一部值得关注的作品。集志怪与志人于一体,具有很高的史料文献价值。它的出现对小说文体的形成和完善作了极有意义的探索和尝试。In the Chinese ancient novel history, Yinyun Novel, which was published in the er-a of Liang, Southern Dynasty, is a valuable production that should be paid close attention to. It collected weirdness and anecdote in one book; it has high historical material and documental values. And its emergence gave significant trying and exploration to the form and improvement of the novel' s style.
