摘 要:武夷山作为著名的旅游景区,它的酒店业发展迅速,但酒店对员工的培训却相对滞后。这主要是酒店员工流失率高,管理者不愿对培训进行投入。管理者培训观念的淡薄使得酒店员工培训从培训计划的制定到实施都存在一系列不合理和不科学之处,培训效果不理想。管理者应通过转变观念、树立培训是潜在收益的理念、制定长期的培训计划、科学预算培训经费、构建完整的培训体系等途径来改变这一现状。Because of being famous scenic spots,the hotel industry in Mountain Wuyi develops rapidly while the hotel staff training is lagging.The main reason is high staff turnover rate and managers' less reluctance to invest on the training item.There are a series of irrational and unscientific issues from the training plan making to the implementation of the training with bad training effect.The hotel manager should change his or her view,and has a value of potential gain,and then makes a long-term training plan,scientific training budget and fund,and builds a complete training system to change this situation.
