摘　　要：基于Web技术建立统一接口的服务发布向导和各平台的UDDI注册中心,成立了一个可实现螺旋锥齿轮异地网络协同设计的资源共享平台。通过对近些年来的螺旋锥齿轮研究的归纳与总结,定义了3种模型设计模块:由点到面的模型设计模块、由线构面模型设计模块、仿真加工模型设计模块,以实现模块化设计。同时,对模型设计任务逐层分解,数据互操作与信息资源的动态调配,多设计者决策的协调与优化,完成了螺旋锥齿轮的协同设计全过程,为螺旋锥齿轮的数字化设计和制造提供了方向和途径。A resource sharing platform of the spiral bevel gear which can complete collaborative design on off-site network was set up;according to the web technology to establish the service publishing wizard with a unified interface and UDDI registry center for each platform.Through the researches on the spiral bevel gear in recent years,three modules of model design were defined: point-to-surface module,curve to-surface module,and simulation machining module,in order to its modular design.At the same time,to make layer-by-layer decomposition for the model design task,and data interoperability and dynamic deployment of information resources,and coordination and optimization of decision-making for the multi-designer,they are the whole process of collaborative modeling on the off-site network for spiral bevel gear,which can propose approaches and directions for its digitized design and manufacturing.
