摘 要:在对航空结构件转角特征的几何属性开展分析的基础上,总结出对数控加工具有决定性影响的几个重要几何要素,并将常见的转角按这几个要素进行分类。通过大量切削试验及生产实践总结出适合不同类型转角的加工工艺方法,并界定了方法的选择原则。同时,对转角特征的两种数控铣削方式进行了研究,从大量试验和生产验证的结果中得到不同切削方式的工艺过程、切削参数和对加工质量产生重大影响的实践经验。Based on the research of geometric analysis for the corner feature in aircraft structural parts,several geometry constituents have been summarized that can significantly affect NC milling. The corner feature was classified according to these factors. After huge number of cutting experimental tests and trial-manufacture confirmation,NC milling processing technology was developed to work for different classes of corner feature. The principle of choosing the suitable processing was also set up. The research work on two kinds of the NC milling methods for corner feature was illustrated in this paper. The process flows of different cutting methods,cutting parameters and manufacture experience which displayed significant importances to manufacture quality control were also gained from the research.
