摘　　要：2012年世界稻米生产保持稳定,供需形势较为宽松,国际大米市场总体保持平稳,大米出口格局发生变化;2012年中国稻谷连续9年实现增产,国内稻米供给总量有余,但仍存在粳、籼稻的品种结构性矛盾,粳稻价格前半年不断上涨、后半年持续下挫,籼稻价格全年高开低走,大米进口量激增,而出口量减少。展望未来,2013年世界大米产量有望达到历史高点,中国稻米市场小幅波动可能成为常态。针对当前中国稻米市场及产业发展存在的问题,提出不断提高稻谷最低收购价水平、扶持稻米加工龙头企业和促进稻米期货市场发展等建议。In 2012,the world rice production kept stable and it′s supply and demand situation was relatively loose.International rice market kept steady on the whole but export trade pattern changed.In 2012,China′s rice production had increased for 9 consecutive years,supply was sufficient but there were still some structural problems between japonica rice and indica rice,japonica rice price rose in the first half of 2012 and fell in the second half,indica rice price run in a low level with a high beginning,rice imports increased sharply while exports declined.Looking forward to the future,world rice production is expected to hit a record high in 2013,and slight fluctuations of China′s rice market will become normal.Against the problems of China′s rice market and industry development,some suggestions were proposed,such as raising minimum rice purchase prices constantly,supporting the development of rice milling leading enterprises,and promoting rice futures market development,and so on.
