摘　　要：肝脏是人体的重要器官,肝主疏泄的功能在人体的新陈代谢方面起到很好的促进作用。肝主疏泄的现代研究已经取得了一定的成绩,为肝病的临床治疗提供了可靠的依据。文章主要探讨了肝主疏泄的生理基础,肝主疏泄动物模型的研究概况,用实验方式研究肝失疏泄的证候,以期能够为肝病的研究与诊疗提供参考。Liver is an important organ in human body. Its function of controlling dispersion plays an active role in promoting human metabolism. In modern medicine, researches on this function have made certain achievements, and provided a reliable basis for clinical treatment of liver diseases. This paper mainly discussed the physiological basis of liver controlling dispersion, and liver controlling dispersion studies carried out through animal models. Syndrome of dysfunction was studied by experiments, in order to provide some reference for researches and treatment of liver diseases.
