脑心通联合注射用丹参多酚酸盐对老年急性脑梗死的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨脑心通联合注射用丹参多酚酸盐治疗急性脑梗死老年患者的临床疗效及对患者神经功能的保护作用和内皮素(endothelin,ET-1)水平的影响。方法将102例在广西省百色市右江民族医学院附属医院治疗的老年急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组50例和治疗组52例,对照组患者给予注射用丹参多酚酸盐,治疗组在对照组基础上给予口服脑心通胶囊,14 d为1个疗程,疗程结束后比较临床疗效、血压舒张压、脑脊液压力、神经功能缺损评分和ET-1水平的变化。结果 2组总有效率分别是90.4%和78.0%,治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者血压舒张压和脑脊液压力均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者神经功能缺损评分和ET-1水平均明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑心通联合注射用丹参多酚酸盐对老年急性脑梗死患者疗效显著,能够降低ET-1水平,改善患者神经功能。Objective To investigate the combined therapeutic efficiency of naoxintong capsule and salvianolate injection on elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction and the impact of neurologic impairment and endothelin(ET-1)level. Methods 102 patients were divided into treatment group(50 cases)and control group(52 cases)randomly. Control group was given salvianolate injection,treatment group was given salvianolate injection on the basis of salvianolate injection. Two groups were all treated for 14 days. To evaluate curative effect after treatment,and record the situation of patient's neurologic impairment,blood pressure,the cerebrospinal fluid pressure,and levels of ET-1. Results The total effective rates of two groups were 90. 4%and 78. 0%,and treatment group had a higher effective( P < 0. 05); two group's blood pressure,the cerebrospinal fluid pressure were decreased significantly(P < 0. 05),and they were higher in the treatment group than that in control group(P < 0. 05); both group's score of neurologic impairment and ET-1 were decreased significantly( P < 0. 05),the treatment group were lower than in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Combined therapeutic efficiency of naoxintong capsule and salvianolate injection have good curative effect on elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction,it can decline the levels of ET-1,can improve neurological function.
