摘 要:房水是眼内循环流动的液体,在前房角区有两条房水排出途径,即小梁房水外流途径和葡萄膜巩膜排出途径。近年来,围绕着分子生物学和细胞培养等技术的发展以及动物实验模型的建立,人们对房水排出途径有了更深的了解,尤其是对葡萄膜巩膜房水流出通道认识的加深,促使业界对青光眼房水排出障碍、眼压升高机制增加了新的认识。笔者对近年来有关影响房水排出因素的研究进展作一综述。Aqueous humor is the intraocular fluid. There are two pathways for aqueous humor flowing out by means of anterior chamber-trabecular and uveoscleral pathways. For the past few years,with the development of molecular biology and cell culture technology as well as the establishment of animal experimental model,people understood the aqueous humor pathways especially uveoscleral pathways more deeply and widely than before. New insight on outflow barriers of aqueous humor and mechanisms of introculr tension increase was formed. This paper reviews the research progress on influence factors of aqueous humor pathways in recent years.
