摘  要:目的检测TAK1蛋白在胰腺癌中的表达并探讨其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化Envision二步法检测50例胰腺癌、5例慢性胰腺炎及5例正常胰腺组织中TAK1蛋白的表达情况,并分析其表达与临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果 TAK1蛋白在胰腺癌组织阳性率为100.0%,强阳性率为66.0%;慢性胰腺炎组织阳性率60.0%,强阳性率40.0%;正常胰腺组织阳性率0%。胰腺癌组织TAK1表达显著高于正常胰腺组织,差异有统计学意义(P=0.01)。淋巴结转移与否,TAK1强表达有显著性差异(P=0.02),但TAK1强表达与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤分化程度、肿瘤大小、远处转移、临床分期无显著相关(P>0.05)。TAK1强阳性与弱阳性表达胰腺癌患者的生存率比较,无显著性差异(P=0.60)。结论 TAK1蛋白在胰腺癌中表达上调,与其淋巴结转移相关。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of transforming growth factor beta activated kinase 1(TAK1) in pancreatic cancer. Methods The expression of TAK1 in 50 pancreatic cancer tissues,5 chronic pancreatitis tissues and 5 normal pancreatic tissues was detected by envision immunohistochemistry method. The relationships of TAK1 expression with clinicopathological parameters were analyzed. Results The positive rate and strongly positive expression rate of TAK1 were 100% and 66.0% in 50 pancreatic cancer tissues, 60% and 40% in chronic pancreatitis tissues,and 0% in normal pancreatic tissues. The positive rate and strongly positive expression rate in pancreatic cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in normal tissues. There was significant difference in the strong expression rate of TAK1 between the cases with or without lymph node metastasis, while TAK1 strong expression was not significantly associated with age, gender, tumor differentiation, tumor size, distant metastasis, and clinical stage. There was no significant difference in survival between TAK1 strongly positive cases and weakly positive cases. Conclusion Expression of TAK1 is up-regulated in pancreatic cancer and might be associated with lymphatic metastasis.
