摘 要:我国现有听力残疾人约2780万名,0~6岁的听力残疾儿童约13.7万,其中一、二级听力残疾儿童约占74%以上。对于一、二级听力残疾儿童,人工耳蜗植入是其听力重建的有效康复手段。通过康复训练可以提高人工耳蜗植入儿童的听觉能力和言语语言的理解与交流能力。康复效果评估对观察人工耳蜗植入儿童的听觉言语语言能力、追踪康复效果、制定康复目标、指导康复训练、比较不同类型人工耳蜗植入后的康复效果等都非常重要。本文主要从康复效果评估的内容和指标、康复评估常用的评估材料等方面对人工耳蜗植入儿童康复效果评估进行述评。There are about 137,000 hearing disabilities children aged 0 to 6 in 27.8 million patients with hearing disabilities in China.Among them,first-class and second-class hearing disabilities children are more than 74%.For first-class and second-class hearing disabilities children,cochlear implantation is an effective method of auditory rehabilitation.Hearing and speech ability of cochlear implanted children are improved by rehabilitation training.Rehabilitation assessment is important to observe their hearing and speech ability,track rehabilitation effect,draw up rehabilitation goals,instruct rehabilitation training and compare rehabilitation effect of different cochlear after cochlear implantation.This paper measured the current situation of the CI children rehabilitation evaluation in terms of content and indexes of rehabilitation assessment and common materials used in rehabilitation assessment.
