化学中级教师成长过程的研究

摘  要:通过对长春市中学化学教师的调查采访,发现中级教师在化学教师队伍中占一半以上,因而从这一点讲,中级教师是中学化学教学的中坚力量。然而对中级教师成长过程进行研究的报道资料很少,本文将根据对长春市20 所中学50 名化学中级教师的情况调查。By investigating many chemistry teachers in middle school in Changchun and gathering message,We have found out that in the group of chemistry teachers,More than a half are intermediate rank.As far as this point is concerned,intermediate teachers still are the hard core at the field of chemistry education in middle school,However,a few reports of materials researching on the development of this special group seen.Based on the investigation on 50 intermediate chemistry teachers from 20 middle schools in Changchun,this thesis will study the development of the group.
