基于新时期高校科技保密工作的几点思考

摘　　要：科技秘密是国家秘密的重要组成部分。科技保密与科技发展、技术创新同样都是维护国家安全和利益的需要。高校已成为我国科技创新的主要力量,因而做好高校的科技保密工作意义重大。文章结合高校科研特点,讲述了做好高校科技保密工作的重要性和所面临的压力,分析了存在的常见问题,并结合作者多年的工作实践,提出了做好科技保密工作的几项措施。Sci-tech security is one of the important state securities.Ensuring the sic-tech security is as important as the scientific development and technology innovation.As one of the important scientific research groups in China,it is urgently required that colleges and universities should ensure the sci-tech security.Combined with characters of colleges and universities’ sci-tech research,the article discusses the importance of the security work and the pressure faced in performing the work,and analyses the frequent issues of security work in universities,then brings forward some practical measures for sci-tech security.
