摘　　要：文章分析了数据库应用型人才在行业中的需求及传统的数据库类人才培养模式的局限性。根据数据库应用工程师,数据库设计工程师和数据库管理员三种人才的特点,探索并提出建立数据库应用型人才的培养体系、配置适合三种人才的知识点的能力要求、勾勒了校企深度合作培养方式的系列解决办法。The demand of the database personnel with application competence and the limitations of the traditional database personnel training mode are analyzed.According to the characteristics of the database application engineer,the database design engineer and the database administrator,the paper proposes that the training system of the database personnel with application competence is to be constructed to meet the need of their knowledge structure,then it raises some solutions to the problem of how to train the database personnel with a further cooperation between the university and enterprises.
