摘　　要：首先阐明工程训练在复合型应用人才培养中的地位和作用,分析传统工程训练模式中存在的问题,然后根据时代发展要求提出了进行系统思维的工程训练新观点。最后进一步阐述了传统工程训练与系统思维工程训练之间的相互关系、系统思维工程训练的创新特色和付之教学实践后的深刻体会。The role and significance of engineering training in the development of the high- quality students with compound knowledge is clearly illustrated. A new engineering training mode based on systematic way of thinking is proposed according to the development of society and technology after analyzing the exiting problems in the traditional mode of engineering training. The relationship between the traditional mode of engineering training and the systematic way of thinking in the engineering training, the creative characteristics of the systematic way of thinking and the practical experiences are further discussed in the paper.
