摘　　要：战斗力是作战的物质基础,是遏制战争和打赢战争的客观保证。大力发展武器装备,加强军事训练,提升人员的科技素质,优化军队的编制体制等,已成为战斗力生成与发展的主要途径。文章通过对战斗力构成的三大要素与军事科技之间内在关系的分析,得出"军事科技是第一战斗力"的结论,以期为我军新时期质量建设提供理论支撑,推动我国军事科技又好又快发展。Battle efficiency is the material basis of warfare,and objective guarantee to contain and win the war.Great efforts to develop weapons and equipment,strengthening military training,enhancing the quality of personnel in science and technology,optimizing the military organizational structure,and so on,have become the main way to form and develop battle efficiency.This article analyzes objectively the inner relation between three essential factors in the constitution of battle efficiency and military science and technology,and concludes that the military science and technology is the first battle efficiency.This viewpoint provides the theory support for current quality construction in our army,and promotes good and fast development of China’s military science and technology.
