摘　　要：企业信息化通过信息技术手段,实现了企业各类信息的有效集成,增强了企业的竞争能力。企业信息化的发展促使企业必须根据业务与管理流程重新设计组织结构。基于企业信息化的组织结构调适相应有扁平化、组织决策权授权化、动态网络化的趋向。By the means of information technology,enterprise informationization realizes the available integration of various kinds of information and strengthens the competitive power of enterprises.The development of informationization urges enterprise to design organization structure according to operation flows.The adjustment of organization structure based on enterprise informationization tends to include flat organization,authorization for decision-making,dynamic networking.
