摘　　要：我国改革开放与社会主义建设已进入新的世纪、新的阶段 ,传统的灌输教育与时代发展极不适应 ,存在诸多问题。面对新环境、新形势 ,灌输教育必须树立新的思路 。Chinese reform and open-up and socialist construction has entered into a new century and new stage.Traditional inculcation education is incompatible with the times and many problems exists.Facing new surroundings,new situations,inculcation education needs creative thinking methods to gain better results.
