豫丰黄兔与新西兰兔、哈尔滨大白兔屠宰对比测定

摘　　要：为检测豫丰黄兔产肉性能优劣,进行了豫丰黄兔与新西兰兔、哈尔滨大白兔的屠宰对比测定。结果表明,在相同的饲养管理条件下,豫丰黄兔的半净膛率比新西兰兔少0.2%,比哈尔滨大白兔多0.21%,但三者差异不显著(P>0.05);全净膛率比新西兰兔少1.01%,比哈尔滨大白兔少0.51%,三者差异也不显著(P>0.05)。说明豫丰黄兔的产肉性能可以与新西兰兔、哈尔滨大白兔相媲美。In order to detect the meat performance of Yufeng yellow rabbit,we conducted slaughter test and compared slaughter traits between Yufeng yellow rabbit,New Zealand rabbit and Harbin rabbit.The results showed that under the same feeding and management conditions,the half-eviscerated rate of Yufeng rabbit was 0.2% less than that of New Zealand rabbit,0.21% more than that of Harbin rabbit,but there were no significant difference between the three species(P>0.05);the eviscerated rate of Yufeng rabbit was 1.01% less than that of New Zealand rabbit,0.51% less than that of Harbin rabbit,there also were no significant difference between the three species(P>0.05).The meat performance of Yufeng yellow rabbit could be comparable with New Zealand rabbit and Harbin rabbit.
