癌症与高血压及糖尿病患者焦虑抑郁症发生的对比研究

摘　　要：目的通过对癌症患者与高血压、糖尿病患者进行焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)量表调查,了解上海市徐汇区癌症患者中焦虑抑郁症的发生情况及其影响因素,并与高血压、糖尿病患者进行比较,了解癌症患者与一般慢性病患者中不良情绪发生的差异。方法采用SAS与SDS对402例癌症患者和402例慢性病患者进行调查评估,并对比两组患者间不良情绪发生的差异。结果本调查研究选取60~75岁年龄段患者804人,调查分慢性病组和癌症患者组,每组402人。结果表明,慢性病患者组焦虑发生率高于癌症患者组(P<0.05)。60岁以下和75岁以上,两组患者焦虑发生率差异无统计学意义;慢性病患者中抑郁的发生率在这3个年龄段中均比癌症患者组要高(P<0.01);癌症患者中,中-重度疼痛患者焦虑发生率明显高于无疼痛到轻度疼痛患者(P<0.01)。结论疼痛对癌症患者焦虑情绪的发生有很大影响,在医治患者躯体病痛的同时,还要对患者的不良心理状况予以足够重视,以提高其生活质量,更好地控制疾病。Objective To investigate the incidence and influencing factors of depression and anxiety among cancer patients in Xuhui district of Shanghai,and to study the differences by comparing the results with their hypertension and diabetes counterparts.Methods the incidence of depression and anxiety among 402cancer patients and 402patients with other chronic diseases were investigated through self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS).The differences the results showed were evaluated.Results In 60~ 75age group,the incidence of anxiety of patients with chronic diseases were higher than that of cancer patients(P<O.05).In all age groups,the incidence of depression of patients with chronic diseases were higher than that of cancer patients.The incidence of anxiety was higher among cancer patients with mid-severe pain than that of patients with mild or without pain(P<0.01).Conclusions Pain has a huge impact on the incidence of anxiety among cancer patients.Psychological intervention may be helpful to ease anxiety and depression.Thus,in order to improve the quality of life and have better control of the disease,psychological intervention should be offered to cancer patients.
