斯康杜尼对前牙麻醉效果的临床评价

摘　　要：【目的】验证斯康杜尼对前牙牙髓的麻醉效果。【方法】对 80例患者的 192颗前牙随机分为斯康杜尼组 97颗和盐酸普鲁卡因肾上腺素组 95颗 ,进行局部粘膜下浸润麻醉 ,电测牙髓活力反应及备牙过程中检验麻醉效果。【结果】斯康杜尼组对上下颌前牙麻醉非常完全 ,良好率为 10 0 %。与盐酸普鲁卡因肾上腺素组有显著的差别 (P <0 0 5 )。【结论】斯康杜尼是一种新型安全高效的口腔科专用麻醉剂 。ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical of mepivacaine hydrochloride and adrenaline injection on pulpal anesthesia.Mepivacaine hydrochloride and adrenaline injection which contain 1.8 ml of Mepivacaine hydrochloride 36 mg and adrenaline injection 0.018 mg epinephrine were adminstared of 192 teeth from 80 subjects by local infiltration anesthesia. The teeth were tested from the electric pulp tester.100% the maxillary anterior teeth and mandihular anterior teeth showed satisfactory anesthesia.[Conclusion]Mepivacaine hydrochloride and adrenaline injection is an efficient and safe local anesthetics which could be used to replace block injection and medicament.
