摘  要:目的建立超声法提取山楂果实总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法以总黄酮收率为指标,正交设计法优化山楂总黄酮的提取工艺。结果最佳超声提取工艺:乙醇浓度为70%,料液比为1:20,超声提取时间为40min,提取率3.85%。结论该方法可用于山楂总黄酮的提取,提取方法简单易行、提取时间短、效率高。Objective To establish the extraction process of total flavonoids from fruits of Crataegus pinnatifida Bge. by ultrasonic method. Methods Orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from fruits of Crataegus pinnatifida Bge. with asset recovery ratio of total flavonoids index tried to evaluate. Results The optimum extraction conditions were confirmed as follows:concentration of ethanol was 70%,extraction time was 40 min,ratio of to solid liquid was 1:20,The extraction rate of flavonoids under this condition was 3.85%.The experimental values agreed with the predicted values. Conclusion The extraction method of total flavonoids was simple, reasonable and efficiency with short time.
