摘　　要：对临床护士不良情绪产生原因进行分析。良好情绪在临床护理工作中发挥的最佳临床效应。临床护士在工作中不断提高情商能力;利用换位思考自我心理调适;管理者利用谈心或情绪释放法调节护士的情绪,使其带着愉快的心情在和谐的工作环境中发挥自身潜能,提高工作效率,减少差错事故,更好地为患者服务。In this paper, the clinical nurse bad mood causes were analyzed. Good mood can play the best clinical effect in clinical nursing work. Clinical nurse in the work constantly improve the ability of emotional intelligence; Use the perspective-taking self psychological adjustment; Managers use or emotional release method to adjust the mood of nurses, make them with a happy mood play its potential in a harmonious working environment, improve the work efficiency, reduce the mistake accident,better service for patients.
