摘　　要：台湾高雄捷运红线R24南岗山站在2012年12月正式通车,其中南岗山站公共艺术计划"城市的窗口──冈山,世界的舞台——高雄"也告完成,成为高雄捷运发展新阶段的里程碑。为此,由高雄市政府捷运工程局和高雄捷运股份有限公司发起,杜象艺术公司和高雄"中山大学"主办的"2013台湾高雄捷运公共艺术国际论坛",于2013年3月14日在高雄国宾饭店召开。The article is the summary of Kaohsiung MRT International Public Art Forum 2013, Taipei. The forum, launched by Kaohsiung Mass Rapid Transit Bureau and Kaohsiung Rapid Transit Corporation, sponsored by Duchamp Art Corporation and National Sun Yat-sen University, has been held in Ambassador Hotel on 14th, March, 2013. There are three themes in this forum: public art and aesthetic education, public art and regional relation, public art policies and creation. Over 20 scholars and experts from Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong and China's Mainland attended the conference and delivered their speeches.
