超声检查在急性胰腺炎诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的:分析超声检查在急性胰腺炎诊断中的价值。方法:选取2012年1月～10月我院收治的45例急性胰腺炎患者,运用超声诊断仪对其进行检查,并进行结果分析。结果:本组45例患者中,有急性坏死型胰腺炎16例,急性水肿型胰腺炎患者29例,其中,胆源胰腺炎23例,并发胰腺假性囊肿7例。结论:超声诊断可快速区分急性胰腺炎在临床上的不同表现类型,以便提早发现,提前诊断,及时治疗,减轻患者的病痛,进而提高该病的临床治愈率。objective:to analyze and use of ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis patients,to investigate the clinical diagnostic value and significance.Methods:select 2012 January to October from 45 cases of acute pancreatitis were as the research object, using the ultrasonic diagnostic instrument to patients for inspection,and the analysis of the results.Results:45 patients in acute necrotizing pancreatitis(16 cases),acute edema type pancreatitis 29 patients.The diagnosed biliary pancreatitis source 23 cases,appear concurrent pancreatic pseudocyst of the 7 cases.Conclusion:using ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis can quickly distinguish between acute pancreatitis in the performance of the different clinical type,make patients early discovery,early diagnosis and timely treatment,thus reducing the patient's disease,and improve the cure rate of patients.
