摘　　要：目的:观察右旋佐匹克隆联合音乐疗法治疗失眠症的效果。方法:将60例失眠患者随机分为两组,治疗组每晚口服右旋佐匹克隆1mg并配合音乐疗法。对照组:谷维素片每次20mg,每日3次,艾司唑仑每晚1mg口服治疗。疗程均为8周。结果:2组SDRS总分均较治疗前显著下降,2组显效率、总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:右旋佐匹克隆联合音乐疗法治疗失眠症效果确切,值得临床推广应用。objective To observe the effec of Eszopiclone and music for treating insomnia.Methods 60 insomnia patients were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group was given Eszopiclone 1mg once at night with music.The control group was given oryzanol 20mg, three times a day and estazolam 1mg once at night.Two groups were treated for 8 weeks.Results SDRS in both groups were decreased after treatment than before treatment.The differences in two groups were statistical significance after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion The therapy of eszopiclone and music had definite efficacy in the treatment of insomnia.
