摘　　要：目的:探讨儿内科护士常见的职业危害因素,并提出相对应的防护对策。方法:根据儿内科的工作环境特点,从生物、物理、化学、心理社会4个方面对儿内科护士常见的职业危害进行探讨。结果:儿内科护士职业存在高度的危险性,应采取相应的防护措施降低职业危害。结论:儿内科护士应加强学习,不断进行自我完善,加强防护措施,以降低职业危害。[Destination] It is discussed about the common occupation hazard and protective measures for the nurses in the pediatric department of Internal Medicine. [Method]According to the working-environment types of the pediatric department, researching on the common occupation hazard from the physical, chemical, biological, psychological and social aspects. [Result] The occupation hazard can be reduced by means of the corresponding protection against the high occupation-risks of the nurses. [Conclusion] The nurses in the pediatric department of Internal Medicine should study further, improve and protect themselves in order to reduce the occupation hazard.
