复合式小梁切除术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察复合式小梁切除术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼的临床疗效。方法:选择某医院2010年1月～12月100名原发性闭角型青光眼患者,随机分为对照组和实验组。其中,对照组50名患者,采用传统小梁切除术治疗;实验组50名,采用复合式小梁切除术治疗。然后对手术后两组的眼压、浅前房发生率、功能性滤过泡、并发症进行对比分析。结果:在手术后的一个月、半年、一年后,实验组与对照组相比,眼压更低,两组差异明显,具有统计学意义。实验组浅前房发生率、功能性滤过泡形成率比对照组更低,两组之间有明显差异,具有统计学意义。结论:复合式小梁切除术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼具有良好的疗效,眼压明显下降,浅前房发生率也比较低,手术后并发症也比较少。@@@@Objective: To observe the clinical effect of compound trabeculectomy for primary angle-closure glaucoma. Method: 100 patients in a hospital in 2010 January ~12 months of primary angle closure glaucoma patients, were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. Results: in the experimental group was lower in the experimental group, after operation, the incidence of shallow anterior chamber, functional filtering bleb formation rate than the control group. In lower complication rate comparison, no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: the compound trabeculectomy for primary angle-closure glaucoma with the good curative effect, intraocu-lar pressure decreased significantly, the incidence of shallow anterior chamber is relatively low, the complication after operation is relatively small, therefore, worthy of promotion.
