摘 要:作战效能评估是基于对抗仿真进行武器装备体系论证、作战概念与战法研究、作战方案验证、战场态势与战果预测、部队作战能力分析等各类仿真应用的前提。但是长期以来对于对抗仿真数据的应用仅仅停留在简单统计的水平上。从突破传统的作战效能评估理念入手,以系统论为指导,提出了整体评估与效能分析相结合的新型作战效能评估方法论,明确了以整体评估、信息效能分析、灵敏度分析、贡献度分析、因果追溯分析为核心的对抗仿真作战效能评估内容和评估流程,并以此为需求牵引出了对抗仿真数据内容、粒度和结构需求,设计了支撑作战效能评估的对抗仿真数据结构。Operational efficiency evaluation is the premise of all kinds of combat simulation applications,including weaponry system demonstration,operational concepts and tactical research,operational plans verification,battlefield situation and battle result prediction,war fighting capability analysis,and so on.But for a long time,the application of simulation data had only stayed in the level of simple statistics.Starting from the breakthrough of the traditional operational efficiency evaluation concept and guided by system theory,a new operational efficiency evaluation methodology integrating the overall evaluation and the efficiency analysis was put forward.And the contents and processes of operational efficiency evaluation based on combat simulation were clarified,the cores of which were overall evaluation,information efficiency analysis,sensitivity analysis,contribution analysis,causal traceability analysis.Finally,the demands of combat simulation data content,granularity and structure were educed by the above evaluation demands,and the combat simulation structures supporting the operational efficiency evaluation were designed.
