边疆地区村镇规划建设管理应用型人才培养模式初探

摘　　要：随着国家城乡统筹及新农村建设的深入开展,对边疆地区基层村镇规划建设管理人员业务的综合能力提出了更高的要求。如何充分发挥高校服务新农村建设职能,为基层培养具有专业素养的村镇建设管理人才成为研究对象。通过对云南村镇基层管理人才能力的需求分析及人才培养模块体系的创新构建,为云南省新农村建设提供人才支撑和保障。With the further development of national urban-rural integration and new rural construction,higher requirements has been bring out to local rural planning and construction managers for their comprehensive abilities.This paper targets to research on how to bring the colleges into full play in serving function of new rural construction and training talents of local rural construction and management,by analysis of local managers' ability requirement and the construction innovation of talent cultivation model in Yunnan rural area,and then guarantees talents supporting for the new rural construction in Yunnan.
