摘　　要：加强高校人才队伍建设是做好社会服务工作的基础和关键。本文分析了高校应如何加强人才队伍建设和增强社会服务功能,旨在探讨高校社会服务机制建设和社会服务功能拓展问题。The strengthening of talent team construction of university is the base and key question to enhance its social service function.In this paper,the question of how to strengthen the talent team construction and enhance its social service function was analyzed.The purpose of this article is to discuss the mechanism construction and the development of social service function of university.
