农村致富女能手教育培训在促进云南新农村建设中的作用

摘　　要：随着我国城镇化进程的加快和农村劳动力的转移,农村妇女逐渐成为农业生产的主力,成为新农村建设的重要力量。为了推进农业现代化,加快社会主义新农村建设,云南省政府高度重视并切实加强对农村妇女的教育培训。从1997年6月至2013年3月,云南省妇联、云南省农业厅、云南农业大学联合举办了23期"云南省农村致富女能手种植、养殖骨干培训班",累计培训农村女能手2 299名。通过培训提高了云南农村女性农民的学习意识、科学文化水平和创业能力,增加了当地农民的收入。云南农村致富女能手培训在促进云南农业现代化和新农村建设发展方面起着重要的作用。As accelerating the process of urbanization in China and the transferring of the rural labor force,rural women gradually became the main force of agricultural production and the important force for the new countryside construction.In order to promote the agricultural modernization and accelerate the socialist new countryside construction,Yunnan government pays high attention to training for rural women.From June 1997 to March 2013,23 training classes for the women capable of getting rich in rural areas in Yunnan province were held by Yunnan provincial women's federation,Yunnan provincial agriculture office and Yunnan agricultural university,the trainees totalled 2 299.Via training the female farmers in Yunnan rural areas,their learning awareness,scientific and cultural level and entrepreneurial capability were raised,and the local farmers' income was increased.Training for the women capable of getting rich in Yunnan rural areas plays an important role in promoting the agricultural modernization and the development of new countryside construction.
