摘　　要：发挥农村党员在新农村建设中先锋模范作用,更好地推进新农村建设,对加强农村党员培训工作,提高农村党员素质提出了新的更高的要求。结合云南农村党员教育培训工作的现状,分析农村党员教育培训工作存在的问题,阐述农科院校服务农村党员培训工作的意义。并就农科院校发挥自身优势服务农村党员培训的几种模式进行了探讨。It puts forward new and higher requirements about strengthening the training work to improve the quality of rural party members' which fully play exemplary and vanguard role to better promote the new rural construction.In this article,the author combined the current situation on the education and training of party members in Yunnan rural areas,analyzed the problems of rural party members' education and training,elaborated the significance of agricultural colleges serving the training work of rural party members,and discussed several models of agricultural colleges taking advantage to serve rural party members training.
