公安院校教学质量监控体系之构建——以公安招录培养体制改革模式为背景

摘　　要：教学质量监控体系主要由"教学质量"和"监控"两部分组成。目前,公安院校存在着教学管理和教学监控的概念界定不清和主体职责不明,缺乏相对独立的质量监控机构和机制,教学质量评价指标缺乏科学性,对教学质量监控不全面、不重视的问题。为提高教学管理水平,建立稳定的教学秩序,需要构建公安院校教学质量监控体系原则,成立教学质量监控组织机构,构建教学质量监控体系内容,以形成良好的教风和学风。Teaching quality control system mainly comprises of teaching quality and monitoring.Presently,police academies are confronted with a series of problems such as implicit concept definition of teaching management and control,ambiguous principal responsibility,lack of quality monitoring institutions and mechanism,unscientific teaching quality evaluation index and incomplete teaching quality monitoring,etc.To improve teaching management and construct stable teaching order,we need to construct the teaching quality monitoring system in police academies,develop the contents of teaching quality monitoring system in an effort to develop better teaching and learning styles.
