摘  要:高校行政法案例教学的开展,既有利于改革传统行政法教学模式、提升科班学生的素质能力,又有助于保持法律人才的职业取向。从实施过程看,行政法案例教学需要把握案例选择、案例分析、互动论辩、总结评议的关键环节。行政法案例教学的成功实施,离不开案例教学课程的合理设计、案例研究方法的自觉运用、师生互动角色和情景的创设以及协同教学机制的建立健全等条件保障。Carrying-out of case-based teaching of Administrative Law in colleges and universities is conductive to reform of traditional teaching model of Administrative Law and improvement of students' quality and capability as well as maintenance of professional orientation of legal talents. Based on implementation process, case-based teaching of Administrative Law calls for a good grasp of case selection, case analysis, interactive debates, summaries and appraisals. The successful implementation of case-based teaching of Administrative Law goes hand in hand with the guarantee conditions such as rational design of case-based teaching of courses, the conscious use of case study methods, establishment of teacher-student interactive roles and situations, development and improvement of team teaching mechanism and so on.
