摘　　要：目的对黑龙江省疾控信息化人才队伍进行现况调查,并做分析评价提出对策建议。方法通过文献研究、利用流行病学动态数据采集平台在线调查系统,对全省各级疾控中心从事公共卫生信息化的领导和职工进行抽样问卷调查。结果在各级疾控机构中,大专及以下人员所占比例以县级最大,占49.22%;区级其次,占42.65%;计算机或通信工程专业人员所占比例较低,其中地市级占7.69%,区级占2.94%,县级占7.03%。所学专业主要为医学、公共卫生、生物医学等医学类专业占77.89%;年龄构成主要集中在40～49岁之间,占46.53%,县级达50.78%;县级疾控中心工作满意度高于地市级,领导高于职工,高职称人员高于低职称人员,文化程度高的员工高于文化程度低的员工。结论公共卫生信息化人才队伍建设地区发展不平衡,地市级疾控中心优于区县级。疾控中心信息化人员对现有工作满意度总体不高,严重缺乏公共卫生专业与计算机信息技术的复合型人才。同时人才培养机制不健全,大学学位教育和在职继续教育资源短缺,缺乏人才发展通道。Objectives To investigate,analyze,evaluate the present situation of informatization talents of centers for disease control and prevention(CDC),and provide policies suggestions.Methods Epidemiological Dynamic Data Collection(EDDC) online survey system was used to conduct questionnaire survey on leader and general staffs who engaging in public health informatization work among all level CDC in Heilongjiang basing on the literature review.Results The proportion of staffs with college education and below in county level accounts for the largest with 49.22% among all level CDC in Heilongjiang,secondly district level with 42.65%.The proportion of staffs with computer or communications engineering background was low,which accounts for 7.69%,2.94% and 7.03% respectively in prefecture,district and county level CDC.The age scope of informatization talents mainly focus on 40-49 years old(46.53%),among which county level CDC accounts for 50.87%.The satisfaction level of staffs on work in county level CDC is higher than that of prefecture level,leader higher than general staffs,staffs with high professional title higher than that with low,staffs with high education higher than that with low.Conclusion There are differences in the building of Informatization talents of public health among different CDC level in Heilongjiang,prefecture level is better than county/district level.The satisfaction level of staffs on current work of informatization is low.It is seriously lack of comprehensive talents with public health and computer information technology.The talents training mechanism needs to be improved,there are short of university degree education and in service continuing education resources,and short of talents development channels in Heilongjiang.
