摘  要:采用浸涂法制备了几种玻璃纤维布增强环氧树脂(EP)基复合材料,研究了钛酸钾晶须(PTW)对EP复合材料拉伸性能和摩擦磨损性能的影响,分析了复合摩擦材料在超声电机下的磨损表面形貌。结果表明:PTW不仅能够提高复合材料的拉伸强度、弹性模量和硬度,而且能降低复合材料的摩擦系数和磨损量;复合材料的磨损方式由以粘着磨损为主向以疲劳磨损为主转变;当填充PTW质量分数为5%时,复合材料是较好的超声电机摩擦材料,能使超声电机达到很好的机械性能。Some glass fiber cloth reinforced epoxy resin composites were prepared by dip-coating method. The influence of epoxy resin composites was studied.The micrographs of friction surfaces of the compos-ites on ultrasonic motors(USM)were also analyzed.Experimental results revealed that potassium titanate whiskers(PTW)can increase the tensile strength,elastic modulus and hardness of the composites.The coefficient of friction(COF)and the wear rate value of the composites decreased with in creasing PTW.The main wear mechanisms of the composites in adhesive wear changed to fatigue wear.In this paper,the epoxy resin-based composites filled with 5% PTW were the preferable friction materials for USM and can make USM achieve very good mechanical properties.
