摘 要:介绍了一种两自由度柱状微型超声波电机的结构,提出了基于复损耗的定子数学模型以及结构优化方案。在约定的边界条件下,以电机定子结构参数为变量,以两自由度电机定子的输出性能(定子端面最大纵向位移和扭转角度)为优化目标进行结构设计。在综合比较各参数的影响后,结合样机进行实验测试。结果显示,数学模型和实验数据的变化趋势基本吻合,验证了数学模型的准确性和结构优化方法的有效性。Ultrasonic motor with advantages of high torque at low speed,fast response,high resolution and anti-EMI,has been widely used in the field of robotics,medical,security and optics.The multi-degree-of-freedom is a hot research point.A novel rotary-linear two-degree-of-freedom ultrasonic motor with single stator is designed in this work.The structure of the motor is introduced,following with the optimal design based on mathematical model.After comprehensive comparison of the effect of various parameters, the prototype motors are fabricated.The trends of experimental data are agreed with mathematical model′s.The results verify the accuracy of the mathematical model and the effectiveness of structural optimal method.
