摘 要:针对流体振动抛光方法,设计并制作了一种圆筒形压电振子,利用ANSYS有限元软件确定了振子的结构尺寸、工作模态和固有频率。该振子外径为62mm,高度为15mm,能够实现B0,6和B0,10两种面内弯曲工作模态,实验测得振子在B0,6和B0,10工作模态下的固有频率分别为38.4kHz和93.2kHz。针对流体振动抛光方法,实验着重研究了液体对振子振动的影响,分析了液体的液面高度、抛光液的浓度等因素对振子谐振频率和振幅的影响。Polishing based on vibrations of liquid(PVL)is using the energy which is provided by ultrasonic vibrations of the vibrator.Liquid molecules and tiny polishing particles in the cylinder will impact the surface of the work piece when slurry is vibrated by the ultrasonic vibrator,so as to achieve the purpose of material removal and improving the quality of the work piece surface.In this paper,according to PVL,a kind of cylinder type piezoelectric vibrator was designed and made.The structure dimensions,work modes and natural frequencies of the vibrator were determined using ANSYS software.The outer diameter and the height of the vibrator were 62mm and 15mm.The vibrator could be used to produce B0,6and B0,10 in-plane bending work modes and natural frequencies were tested with experiment method,they were 38.4 kHz and 93.2kHz.According to PVL,research and experiments were conducted on the influence of liquid on vibration of the vibrator.Factors include the height of liquid surface,slurry′s concentration and so on, which affect the resonant frequency and amplitude were analyzed.
