摘 要:针对航天部件需要驱动器具有中空结构和大力矩的要求,设计出一种中空环形行波型超声电机。利用有限元方法,仿真分析了定子的共振频率、振幅以及定/转子的接触状态,计算了定子齿面质点的速度和运动轨迹,优化了定子和转子的结构尺寸,并研制出超声电机原理样机。负载特性实验结果表明,该样机的空载转速可达106r/min,堵转力矩可达1.8N·m,满足设计指标和工程需求。With the fast development of aerospace technology in our country,ultrasonic motor(USM), with the unique advantages of friction self-lock and no electromagnetic interference,was widely concerned. According to the request of hollow structure and large torque on driver for aerospace part,a hollow ringtype traveling wave USM was designed.Using finite element method,the resonate frequency and amplitude of stator,and the contact state between stator and rotor were simulated.The velocity and motion locus of particle on stator teeth was calculated.The structure of stator and rotor were optimized.The principle prototype of USM was developed.The driving characteristic test showed that the no-load speed was 106r/min,the stall torque could be 1.8N·m,the prototype was satisfied the design target and project request.
