摘 要:抗体酶又称催化性抗体,是具有催化活性的免疫球蛋白,在其可变区赋予了酶的属性,是抗体的高度选择性和酶的高效催化能力巧妙结合的产物,它可促进许多用普通化学方法很难完成,或者天然酶尚未能催化的新奇转变,特别是自然界不存在的高效催化剂,对生物学、化学和医学等多种学科有重要的理论意义和实用价值。文章综合介绍了抗体酶研究的历史过程、催化抗体的结构、性质、催化的反应类型原理、制备、应用及研究的最新进展。The abzyme,also called the catalytic antibody,is a kind of immunoglobulin with catalytic. It is given the enzyme attribute in its variation area,and it is the production of combining the antibody high selectivity with the enzyme highly catalytic ability. It can promote many novel transformations which are very difficult to complete if using the general chemistry methods,it is anticipated that using abzyme preparation technology one can obtain any kind of tailor-made biocatalysts,including those not occurred in nature,for various kinds of practical application. The article introduces the process of studying the abzyme,abzymes structure,enzymology character,the mechanism of catalyzed reaction types,the mechanism,the manufacture methods,the applications and the research strategies of the abzyme.
