摘　　要：目的总结肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤的CT表现,提高CT对其诊断的准确率。方法回顾分析经手术病理证实的8例肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤患者的临床影像学表现。结果 8例均单侧单发,边界清晰。5例呈等或稍高密度,中度强化;3例中央可见星状低密度影。肿瘤常有完整包膜,边界清楚,少有钙化,无周围结构受侵及转移,术前均诊断为肾癌行肾切除术。结论肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤作为一种少见的肾肿瘤,从临床及典型CT表现仍可发现其有别于其他肾肿瘤的一些特点,特别是中心星状瘢痕。术前诊断可避免不必要的全肾切除,具有重要的临床意义。Objective To summarize the CT findings of renal oncocytoma and improve the diagnostic accuracy of it. Methods The clinical imaging performance of 8 cases with renal oncocytoma confirmed by pathological analysis were retrospectively analyzed. Results 5 were males and 3 were females, with age ranging from 40 to 78 years old. For all cases, the tumors were single and unilateral with well-defined borders. 5 cases represented iso-density or slightly-high density, while in 3 cases the central low-density stellate focuses appeared. All the cases were diagnosed as renal cancer and were performed nephrectomy. Conclusion As a type of rare renal tumor, the imaging characteristics of renal oncocytoma are the radical or low-density stellate lesions in the central enhancement. The tumors often had intact capsule and well-defined borders, with less calcification. Meanwhile, there is no invasion or metastasis in the adjacent tissues.
