摘 要:于2012年11月和2013年5月分别对贡湖湾水陆交错带进行底泥和水体理化因子的采样调查,对比研究了水体和底泥中磷浓度的变化趋势。结果表明,贡湖湾水陆交错带退圩还湖后,随着植被自然恢复时间的延长,水体中磷的污染程度有所降低。总磷在各采样点的浓度均值由2012年11月的0.117 mg/L降到2013年5月的0.074 mg/L,溶解性总磷在各采样点的浓度均值由2012年11月的0.055 mg/L降到2013年5月的0.022 mg/L,水质从Ⅴ类提高到Ⅳ类。贡湖湾水陆交错带退圩还湖后未淹水区和淹水区底泥中总磷的浓度均呈增加趋势,未淹水区各采样点底泥中总磷的浓度均值由130.91 mg/kg增至524.79 mg/kg,淹水区各采样点底泥中总磷的浓度均值由49.28 mg/kg增至400.78 mg/kg。In November 2012 and May 2013,the water physicochemical factors and sediments of land water ecotone in Gonghu Bay were surveyed,and comparatively studied the concentration of phosphorus in water and sediments.The results showed that,the pollution of phosphorus in water decreased with the natural vegetation recovery time after the returning field in lakeside areas to Gonghu Bay.From November 2012 to May 2013,the average concentration of TP in each sample point reduced from 0.117 mg/L to 0.074 mg/L,and the average concentration of dissolved phosphorus reduced from 0.055 mg/L to 0.022mg/L. The quality of water standards raised from class Ⅴ to class Ⅳ.The concentration of phosphorus in bare soil area sediments and submerged soil area sediments both showed increasing trend after the returning field in lakeside areas to Gonghu Bay.The average concentration of TP in bare soil area sediments increased from 130.91 mg/kg to 524.79 mg/kg,and in flooded area sediments which increased from 49.28 mg/kg to 400.78 mg/kg.
