生活质量与不孕不育相关性研究

摘　　要：目的对生活质量与不孕不育相关性进行研究和分析。方法选取2010年10月至2013年6月我院收治的不孕不育患者200例,选取健康者200例,对两组患者的生活质量进行分析和对比。结果健康组的平均睡眠时间、饮食规律比例、平均工作时间、焦虑情况等生活质量显著优越于不孕不育组患者,差异性明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中不孕不育组男性患者生活质量优越于女性患者;城市患者的生活质量优越于乡镇患者;高中以上学历患者的生活质量优越于高中以下学历患者,差异性明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论发生不孕不育患者的生活质量显著低于健康人群,同时发生不孕不育的女性患者比例相对较高,文化程度较低的乡镇患者较容易导致不孕不育发生,因此针对不孕不育患者应依据患者的性别、居住区域和文化程度等情况进行个体化的生活干预措施和心理疏导,能够获得更加有效的治疗效果。Objective To study and analyze the correlation between quality of life and infertility .Methods 200 infertile patients from 2010 October to 2013 June in our hospital were selected patients ,200 healthy patients ,analysis and comparison of two groups of patients'quality of life . Results The quality of life of patients with healthy group the average sleep time ,diet proportion ,the average working time ,anxiety is superior to infertility patients ,the difference obviously ,with statistical significance (P<0.05) .The quality of life of patients with infertility male is superior to female patients;patients'quality of life better than city Township patients ;high above the patient's quality of life in patients with superior high school diploma ,the difference obviously ,with statistical significance (P<0.05) .Conclusion The occurrence of infertility patients'quality of life was significantly lower than that of healthy people at the same time ,relatively high proportion of patients with infertility in women ,the culture de-gree lower Township patients is easy to cause infertility occurs ,so for infertility patients should be individualized according to patient's gender ,liv-ing area and the degree of culture ,lifestyle intervention measures and psychological counseling ,can obtain more effective treatment .
