摘　　要：综合手术室手术量多,急、重、大手术多,手术室护士要顺利完成各种手术的配合工作,应对各种突发事件,就必须具备一定的素质。本文从身体素质、心理素质、专业素质三个方面对综合手术室护士应具备的素质进行了阐述。the operating room for the evaluation ,acute and heavy ,the major operation ,the operating room nurses to accomplish the project of cooperation with all kinds of surgery ,deal with all kinds of emergencies ,you must have a certain quality .Based on the physical quality ,psychological quality ,professional quality of integrated operating room nurses should possess three aspects of quality are expounded .
