摘  要:近年来,扭矩扳子在工业生产中使用越来越多,其准确性直接关系到产品的质量性能,必须定期对其进行检定和校准。该文研究手动扭矩扳子的计量特征,设计检定和校准的软件架构和工作流程,在此基础上运用伺服电机控制技术开发手动扭矩扳子检定仪。实际使用及试验数据分析表明:该装置具有稳定性好、工作效率高、操作便捷、重复性好等优点,可以作为检定手动扭矩扳子的标准装置。In recent years, torque wrenches are more and more widely used in industrial production,their accuracy is directly related to the quality and performance of the products,and must be regularly tested and calibrated. Characteristics of manual torque wrenches are studied,the software architecture and workflow of verification and calibration are designed, on this basis, a manual torque wrench calibrator has been developed with servo motor control technology. Practical application and testing data analysis shows that the device has a good stability,high efficiency, easy operation,good repeatability and can be used as standard equipment to test manual torque wrench.
