摘 要:基于一条由上游制造商和下游零售商构成的供应链,假设消费者对企业社会责任(CSR)行为具有积极反应和节点企业的CSR行为先于中间产品交易行为,分别建立和求解了竞争性的中间产品市场和双边合同(批发价合同)两种中间产品交易方式下三阶段动态供应链运作博弈模型,以识别不同中间产品方式对供应链企业社会责任的影响。两种产品交易方式下的均衡社会业绩和均衡经济业绩之间的比较结果表明,(1)产品双边合同交易是上游制造商实施CSR行为的必要条件;(2)足够高的制造商社会责任行为效率是节点企业(制造商和零售商)通过中间产品双边合同交易同时提高供应链CSR业绩和经济业绩的一个充分条件。这些结果为"在什么条件下,采取哪种中间产品交易方式来激励供应链节点企业实施CSR行为,以实现CSR业绩和经济业绩的双赢结果"这一问题提供了一个理论答案。Based on a two-echelon supply chain consisting of a upstream manufacturer and a downstream retailer,under the assumption that consumers positively respond to CSR activities conducted by supply chain members and CSR activities are conducted prior to the intermediate product trading in the supply chain,two three-stage dynamic game models on the operations of the supply chain are built and solve corresponding to two intermediate product trading venues(i.e.Via a competitive intermediate product market and a bilateral wholesale price contract).The results obtained by comparing the corresponding equilibriums show that the bilateral contract trading is necessary for the manufacturer to conduct positive CSR activities.A higher enough level of the manufacturer's CSR conducting efficiency is sufficient for supply chain members to achieve higher CSR performance and economic performance via a bilateral contact venue for trading the intermediate product.These results provide a theoretical answer to the question of under what condition and via which venue supply chain members can be stimulated to conduct CSR activities and achieve a win-win situation in the sense of both higher CSR performance and economic performance.
