摘　　要：创新是国家竞争优势和企业持续发展的关键,我国企业自主创新能力薄弱已经成当前经济可持续发展的桎梏。为探讨开放式创新模式及创新因素对企业创新绩效的影响,首先,本文通过博弈理论、消费者剩余理论、需求函数理论构建企业、竞争企业、客户三方参与的封闭式创新模型、半开放式创新模型与开放式创新模型,理论证实开放式创新较封闭式创新对企业创新绩效有更加显著地正相关效应;在此基础上,基于互联网社区网络平台,通过企业实地调研和发放调查问卷(423份),提出企业开放式创新绩效影响因素的测度标准:企业内部能力维度、外部创新源维度、企业与外部创新源的关系维度、保障维度,运用描述性统计分析、因子分析和回归分析从财务绩效、技术能力绩效、机会窗口绩效分析影响开放式创新绩效的关键因素;最后,在此研究基础上,对如何在我国推广开放式创新提出政策建议。With the development of society,innovation is playing a more and more important role in establishing national competitive advantage and realizing the sustainable development of enterprises.The weakness of independent innovation capacity is the basic question that restricts the sustainable development of domestic economy.First of all,in order to research the impact on innovation performance of organizations under the open innovation models and the different innovation factors,three kinds of innovation model are constructed including enclosed type,semiopen type and open type,which based on the game theory,consumer surplus theory and demand function theory.And then theoretical proof are given in this paper that open innovation has a more significantly positive correlation on the enterprises' innovation performance compared with the enclosed type.Secondly the measure standard of influencing factors affecting the enterprises' open innovation performance is proposed.The measure standard is composed of four dimensions including the enterprise internal ability,external source of innovation,the relationship between the enterprise and the external source,security.In addition,the critical factors affecting the performance of open innovation are analysed from financial performance aspect,technical capability performance aspect and window of opportunity aspect by employing descriptive statistical analysis method,factor analysis method and the regression analysis method.Finally,a series of policy suggestions aiming at promoting open innovation in China are also put forward in this paper.
