产业集群创新网络与知识整合交互影响模型及仿真分析

摘　　要：从创新网络动态演化的角度,引入知识互补因素以及社会资本因素,探讨在知识整合作用下创新网络结构的产生和变化规律以及网络结构对知识整合的影响,研究知识整合与创新网络之间有的关联关系。仿真结果表明:企业之间的创新合作意愿受到内部知识整合能力、外部知识整合能力的共同作用;在集群创新网络演化的过程中,网络内的各类知识水平呈增长的趋势,集群企业各类知识的增长速度由快到慢。由于跨组织的知识整合以及合作创新,产业集群创新网络与企业知识水平是协同演化的。Krom the perspective of dynamic evolution of innovation networks,considered complementary knowledge and social capital factors,the generation of innovation networks structure and variation in the role of knowledge integration and networks structure for knowledge integration are discussed in this paper.Simulation results show that,willingness to cooperate between enterprises subject to internal knowledge integration capability and external knowledge integration capability.In the evolution process of cluster innovation network,the knowledge within the network showed a rising trend,the growth rate ol various knowledge from last to slow.Since cross-organizational knowledge integration and cooperation innovation,innovation network of industry cluster and enterprise knowledge evel are coevolution.
