摘　　要：矿产资源开发领域存在的现实问题和时代潮流决定矿山企业积极履行社会责任具有现实价值,通过分析矿产资源开发领域企业社会责任的内涵和特征,指出矿山企业应从开发影响和风险公开告知、改善矿区群众生产生活条件和提高矿区周边社区及居民自我发展能力三个层次履行社会责任,并从政府政策引导和企业自身建设两方面提出了推进矿产资源开发领企业社会责任工作的建议。Mine enterprises fulfill their social responsibilities is general trend of the times and the Practical problems .By analyzing the connotation and characteristics of corporate social responsibility in the field of mineral resources exploitation ,this article explores that mine enterprises fulfill their social responsibilities in three aspects :announcement of resources exploitation impacts or risks ;improvement of the production and living conditions for mining area residents ;advancement of self-development ability of community and residents surrounding the mining area .Based on above research ,the authors suggests that government policy guidance and mine enterprises themselves construction is extremely helpful for the corporate social responsibility in the field of mineral resources exploitation .
